This Super Easy & Creamy Tomato Pasta is not only incredibly delicious but also incredibly easy to make. The flavorful sauce is made with fire-roasted tomatoes and just enough cream to make it delicious and luxurious.
What you’ll need
📌 Pasta – you can use any pasta that you like.
📌 Butter
📌 Garlic
📌 Tomato paste – for concentrated tomato flavor
📌 Tomato sauce
📌 Heavy cream – to make the sauce luxuriously creamy
📌 Italian seasoning
Just because you don't want to spend all day in your kitchen doesn't mean you can't treat yourself to an incredible dinner. So, this creamy tomato pasta recipe proves that you can eat a meal that you'll be dreaming about for days.
Ingredients (for 3 Servings)
✅ 24 ounces of dried pasta
✅ 6 tablespoons butter
✅ 6 tablespoons tomato paste
✅ 6-9 cloves of garlic minced
✅ 0.75 teaspoon Italian seasoning
✅ 3 (13-ounce) cans of tomato sauce
✅ 2.25 cups heavy/whipping cream
✅ Salt & pepper to taste
✅ Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Boil a large, salted pot of water for your dried pasta and cook it al dente according to given package instructions.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, add the butter to a skillet over medium-high heat. Once it melts, add the garlic for about a minute, stirring constantly.
Step 3:
After that, add in the tomato paste, tomato sauce, cream, and Italian seasoning. Stir until it's nice and smooth. Let the sauce cook for around 5 minutes or until it's thickened to your liking.
Step 4:
Season the sauce with salt & pepper as needed. If the sauce is a little too tangy for your liking, add in a pinch of sugar.
Step 5:
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce (add a splash of hot pasta water if the sauce gets too thick). Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese on top.
